About Dr. McDowell

Dr. Joshua McDowell became a member of the Fayetteville Accident and Injury Center team shortly after graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He first practiced with Fayetteville Accident and Injury Center in the North Raleigh office. After a few years he decided to open up his own practice in Fayetteville, where he has been since 2011. Dr. Joshua McDowell focuses on those who have suffered from musculoskeletal injuries after a car accident, searching for natural ways to manage and reduce pain. He graduated from the Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology Course at the Spine Research Institute of San Diego back in 2012.
